BeStormReady.com is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products.  You may return any item in its original unused and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund of purchase price less a 30% restocking fee.

 

Non-resalable or used merchandise will be returned with no credit issued.  Shipping charges will be assessed and billed to customer’s original form of payment.

 

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.  All products come with full manufacturer’s warranty. Product registration & warranty information, as applicable, are included with each product. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete and return product warranty information to the manufacturer. In addition, we guarantee replacement or repair (at our discretion) of items due to manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of original purchase date.  All sales are final after 30 days.

 

Returning a Purchased Item

You must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to return any item. 

 

To obtain a RMA send an email to bestormready@bellsouth.net include your Name, Invoice Number and reason for return.

 

Carefully repackage the item for return shipping.  Include the following:

 

• A copy of your original invoice, with the RMA# written      on the back.
• A brief explanation of why you are returning the item.  
• Make sure we have your name, address and a daytime      phone number in the event we need to contact you.

Please note – the RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package.  All packages that do not display the RMA will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

 

Processing of Returns:

Please allow 3 business days from the day of our receipt of returned item(s) to process your refund, replacement, or repair.

 

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping charges if applicable are nonrefundable.
